Do you have a child in your life who knows the pain of being overweight? Your niece or nephew, your grandchild, maybe your own child? What a difficult situation for anyone, but especially for children. The part that frustrates me is that in many cases, it is completely and totally avoidable! And I’m not talking about depriving them, I’m talking about instead nourishing them with foods that taste wonderful and that are full of nutrition!
