  1. Oh my gosh this would be wonderful!! I have been on the lookout for good Catholic music for kids for a couple of months now!! (I have thought often of starting a Catholic preschool within our parish!) Thanks for the opportunity Lisa!!!

  2. I belong to a group of 4 Catholic families that home school together 2 days each week. – we do lots of special projects that include music! This would be wonderful for us! Thanks for the chance!

  3. That looks wonderful! I am just starting my 3 yo in preschool this year and finding the right music program is so hard! I have used MODG for my 6 yo but this looks like a wonderful resource.

  4. Elizabeth Shearer on

I’m starting our first year of homeschooling our oldest in 1st grade in a few weeks. This would be an awesome addition!!

  5. We’ve taken this class a few times and LOVE it! Authentically Catholic and fun for the little ones (and moms too).

  6. We have been enjoying Making Music Praying Twice from its conception. We would love to continue more at home! Thanks Kate for all of your time and love!

  7. We have the sample CD and my 1 & 2 year olds love it. I’m working on saving up for the full course, but it sure would be nice to win it for free!

  8. I went online and got a sampler CD from them. My son (2.5) loves, Loves, LOVES it. He even sings the songs throughout the day while he’s playing. I have longed for the set, but alas, it’s too much for us at this point. What a great opportunity!

  9. My older children have taught themselves music. They play at school coffeehouses, and one gets paid to play bass professionally.

My only regret is that I have not been able to educate them about music at a young age. My younger kids would love to learn more about music, but I am unable to teach them because I do not know much myself! The older kids are unable to make the time (in college or getting ready for college). I would be thrilled to use this program with the younger kids!

  10. This looks like a wonderful addition to any homeschool collection! My girls love to listen to beautiful Catholic music!

  11. I had the priviledge of being with Kate years ago as she facilitated a mom’s group in NJ. She took the initiative to share her talents with us and scheduled weekly music sessions. We grew as a community and the kids loved the music. I loved how she intertwined the music selections to the liturgical seasons. I am now homeschooling our 5 year old and this would be a great resource. I highly recommend checking out her site. I hope to have our parish use her other programs in the future.

We’d love this, too – of course! As converts to the Church (just came in this year from the wide, wide world of protestantism) we’re in the tiring (and expensive!) process of transitioning to a “Catholic” focus in our fourth year of home education. This would be a fantastic addition.

  13. I have three boys who would enjoy this as a great addition to our home school. Thank you for the great give-away!

  14. I am so excited, I love music and have tried to pass that love on to my kids. I have been searching for a program just like this that would include our faith and the liturgical year.

  15. Barb Patterson on

I know some wonderful homeschooling moms who could really use a resource like this!!! I hope I win one for them.

  16. Whenever school starts, I liked to make it a special day ~ with a special gift. I did this with my own children and now with my grandchildren. My one daughter homeschools her daughter who is 7 and will begin to homeschool her son who is 5. This would be a very special gift from me to them. Thanks for this opportunity…patty

  17. What I love the most about this program is that it not only teaches wonderful music skills but it also teaches our children about our beautifully rich faith. It would be a perfect compliment to our homeschool preschool curriculum for my two little “Irish twins”! 🙂 Thank you for offering this. GBY!

  18. There’s just not enough of this kind of wholesome music around for our kids. My kids and those I teach scripture to in my parish would really enjoy this programme.

  19. This looks like such a wonderful family resource – I only found out about it last week and have been so impressed – and Kate has been wonderful about answering all my questions. All my children from newborn to 12 would love it!

  20. We’ve ordered the sample and would LOVE the entire homeschool edition! I’d love to use it as one of our “Fabulous Friday” offerings within our Catholic homeschool group!

    God Bless!

  21. The Divine Mercy Homeschool Co-op (which was developed this summer) in the south metro of the twin cities is beginning classes and we think this program would be perfect for our little ones!

  22. As a Catholic musician and a homeschooling mom, this is the adage I’ve always lived by – that and “he who sings, prays twice”. This would be the perfect compliment to our homeschooling program! 🙂

  23. I have been trying to attend this course for quite some time. I would love to add this to our homeschool curriculum.

  24. We have the sampler. I’m humming the songs around the house. Praying to win this one for the two younger children in the house. Thanks

  25. Last week we spent two hours dancing and singing to the Ordinary Time CD that a friend loaned me! My 4 and 2 year old had a blast! What a great program! We can’t wait to try the entire curriculum!

  26. Lori Richmond on

My 5 year old daughter loves to sing! She has worn her Cd of songs out and I haven’t been able to replace it. She would be so excited to win this!

  27. Kristin Young on

Being a mother of 2 boys and a musician as well, I am so impressed with this program
We particularly love the sample CD that I received at a conference in late July.
Thank you in advance for all your hard work and dedication!

  28. I’ve been looking for a good Catholic music program. This one sounds great. Thanks for sharing it with us and for entering our family into the contest.

  29. Yesenia L. C. on

Please enter me to win. This would be great for my daughter, and it would also be a great resource to use in my CCD class.

  30. This sounds so cool! My girls would definitely love this, and I’m going to take a look at what they have that might work with our nursery ministry.

  31. To say I’m musically challenged is being kind. This would be great for our home school! Thanks for offering such a great program.

  32. Starting homeschooling tomorrow with my kindergarten twins. With 4 under 5 this would be a wonderful addition to our new adventure. Thanks for this opportunity.

  33. Very interesting product, I do not homeschool but am a musician who could use something like this to teach my children.

  34. Lisa – Thanks, once again, for all that you do in making us moms aware of the many valuable resources that are available to us. This music program is one that seems terrific.

  35. Tracy Bua Smith on

This looks like another great resource for our Catholic homeschool! I hope to win it or purchase it soon! 🙂
    Thanks!

  36. Linda Steinacker on

This series looks awesome! I know many people who homeschool so between our families this would get a lot of use!!

  37. As a homeschooling mom of two little guys, I would LOVE to use this program. It’s just in time to start our homeschooling year!
