Win Weightless

One of my favorite books in 2011 came from my dear friend and fellow Catholic blogger Kate Wicker. Weightless: Making Peace with Your Body was released last August and continues to receive rave reviews from those who have been inspired by Kate’s wonderful take on the important connections between body image, healthy living and personal spirituality. In my endorsement of Kate’s book, I said:
