It wasn’t that long ago that the thought of a burger without a bun sounded as strange as not eating bread on a daily basis. But now I’d rather eat my burger grain-free (you’ll see why when you read this recipe!), and bread is only a once-in-a-while thing. (It’s really got to be worth it now.) I’m not always great overall at eating low-carb or paleo or grain-freeor whatever you want to call it, but I get a little better here and there all the time. Figuring out recipes like this make it easy!
