Divine Mercy App

This is an amazing app brought to you by the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception.

Father Michael Gaitley, MIC, holds up his iPod Touch, which shows the launch image for the new Divine Mercy app.

It includes a wealth of information about St. Faustina and the Divine Mercy Devotion like a quick biography, popes that have encouraged the devotion, and the Diary of St. Faustina. It also includes the Divine Mercy Chaplet, images, and extra prayers for the devotion.

My favorite part was the Way of the Cross feature that included excerpts from the St. Faustina’s diary so that you read Jesus’ message to her and her response in light of the Station of the Cross – POWERFUL!

  1. I don’t have a smart phone, and for the most part I am just fine with that. But I occasionally run across an app that makes me really, really, really wish I had one. This is one of those apps!

  2. I love this app too! I put it on “auto” and pray along with it in the car often. I set my iPhone alarm to 3pm with a Divine Mercy reminder. It’s a great combo, the reminder and the praying priest… not to mention the graces received when we pray the Chaplet at the Hour of Great Mercy.
    Blessings in His Merciful Heart,
