Unfortunately they do not always hit youtube that early. We post them here on the site at 3 am Pacific time, but I will try to see if we can move it earlier on the days when the video is available early. I apologize for the inconvenience. You are welcome to come to our site first thing in the morning to find it, rather than waiting for the email.
