The older I get, the more enthralled I am with traveling, with adventures and with the prospect of pilgrimage. Given an unexpected bonus check and a week off, there’s no doubt I’d spend it on a trip. That’s why I’m falling in love with following “Catholic Places I Want to Visit“, an online group board hosted by my friends at Aquinas and More. Several of my online contacts are contributors, and the pins on this board range from my dream destination Santiago de Compostela to places I’ve seen and loved like the Cathedral in St. Louis.

And here’s this week’s tip of the week from Allison Girone of the Catholic Pinterest Group Board who has kindly agreed to offer a weekly pointer for us on how to use some best practices to enjoy and effectively employ Pinterest:

Tradition boards – Each family has their own traditions. This board could become a testimony, a scrapbook, to your family identity…what we do…how we do it…You may even want to share it as a group board with family pinners.

If you’re a Catholic using Pinterest, please drop a link in the comments below to share your boards. Also, I’d love to hear about why you love Pinterest and how you think this latest craze might be used to spread the Good News.
