Five Minutes Alone and Small Steps, Day 6: Gentleness

As we reflect on theme of gentleness today with the Small Steps Tour, we thought we’d take a moment to also highlight some of the humorous ways moms grab five minutes.

Today, meet Ginny.

Ginny’s gentle spirit is embodied in this picture in so many ways for me. The laugh, the hilarity, the handmade wrap. Being gentle takes effort—more effort, I think, than not being gentle (or is it just me?). Maybe that is what makes the gentle person glow a little, what makes them attractive.

Now, if you haven’t already join us at Amongst Lovely Things for some Small Steps. And don’t forget to enter the “Five Minutes Alone” contest that’s going on as part of our blog tour!
