  1. I believe that Mary’s example of humility and her eagerness to help another person (Elizabeth) rather than indulge herself in anxiety over her own situation is important for us all today. Thank you for the reminder!
    Helping someone else more in need than ourselves combats depression and selfishness and makes us more mindful and grateful for our own blessings. We become happier people with better lives for ourselves, by doing service for others!
