App Review: Angels Around Us

What is really cool about this app, “Chicken Soup for the Soul: Angels Around Us” is its readability and listen-ability. It is truly a soul-searching tool.

The stories are precious and thought provoking; and some made me think about my own family so many miles away!  I especially enjoyed reading about “Rain Man” where a family was saved from flooding waters, and the story about a daughter and her dad, in “A little bird told me.”

There is an area where the reader can journal about the story they just read, also they can listen to some of the stories in the “Extra” section, too.  With all the stories comes a “Soul Work” section where the reader can answer soul searching questions about the story as it relates to them.

All in all, this is a nice app to have and share with family and friends. Who knows they may make a series of them and others could share their stories in it, as well.

It is easy to download, easy to use and navigate.

It is available from Oceanhouse Media for iOS devices. It’s available for the introductory price of $2.99.
