  1. Thank you for this opportunity! I would love to win because Sound of Music is very near and dear to my heart. It was my Grandmother’s favorite movie (we just got it on Blu-Ray, what a difference to the old VHS version!) and “A Few of my Favorite Things” was one of the lullabies I grew up hearing sung by the women in my family. God bless you! We’re hoping to see it on stage in person soon!

  2. I love Carrie Underwood, but I am anxious about her playing such an iconic role. I hope to be able to enjoy my favorite musical even if Julie Andrews is not Maria. We will see…

I have been a huge Sound of Music fan. I have a couple of DVD’s of
the movie version, been involved in am amateur production (which
was staged in a Catholic church) and seen many stage productions.
I have a vinyl album, cassette tape, a CD. Some from the movie version
and some from cast recordings. As you can see I am a huge fan of
the sound of Music and would love to receive this giveaway. Thanks.

This is one of my favorite movies and singers! All the dongs bring back many favorite childhood memories!

  5. I would love to win the Gift of Joy because this is one movie my children have watched with me for the past 12 and 10 years. The music, scenery, and family values allow us to use this movie as teaching moments and history lessons. My children know all the songs and characters. This would be a perfect gift under the tree for the children and our family.
