Spring is here and so are the strawberries! These empanadas have a buttery crust and are filled with strawberry preserves. If you live in CA I’m so jealous of you right now. Even if you don’t live in CA you should stop by your local farmer’s market and pick up some sweet strawberries to make these empanadas.
