Meatless Fridays at CatholicMom.com

This recipe for macaroni and cheese has become our family’s favorite. It always turns out perfectly and my kids all fight for the cheesy, crispy edges. With a hot vegetable on the side and maybe a dish of applesauce, it’s a perfect meatless Friday meal that won’t break the bank!
