Charleston Cheese Spread

This Charleston Cheese Spread is an adaptation of the southern classic pimento cheese. This version has beer, cheddar cheese, lemon, juice, and tabasco for some kick.

I hope everyone had a blessed Christmas and New Years. Enjoy!
