Start a Catholic Moms Group This Summer

0

What are you doing this summer? In between serving breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, appetizer, dinner, and before-bed snack (and cleaning up after each of these) you could be making plans to start a local Catholic moms group at your parish or school.

Thanks to a new magazine-style publication by Dorothy Pilarski of CatholicMomsGroup.com, you won’t have to figure everything out from scratch. One Mother’s Heart: How to start a mothers group is a big, beautiful magazine with more than 100 pages of articles and beautiful inspiration.

Inside this magazine, you’ll find an impressive number of articles, all short and easy to read in those small bits of time you can grab here and there. Here are just a few of the topics this magazine covers:

  • Steps in Starting your Mothers Group
  • Creating a Welcoming Ambience
  • The Joy of Friendship
  • How Prayer Helps
  • Twenty One Ways to Attract More Moms to Your Mothers Group

Between articles, there are other pages I’ll call inspiration pages, with lovely art and lettering of short prayers or inspiring words from saints. (I confess to wishing I could remove some of these pretty pages, to frame them and hang them in my home! But this beautifully bound magazine is too nice to spoil in that way.)

After 22 years of ministering to moms, one thing I know for sure is that Catholic Moms NEED Catholic Moms. (Dorothy Pilarski)
