Great is our Lord, vast in power, with wisdom beyond measure (Psalm 139:5).

If we want to live in peace, we must decide to live with mysteries,
And be content with the unknown
because we are small, finite,
living in linear time on a flat plane of existence.
No one can fully understand the ways of the Infinite Almighty who is
Omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient.

Am I a God near at hand only—oracle of the LORD—and not a God far off?
Can anyone hide in secret without my seeing them?—oracle of the LORD.
Do I not fill heaven and earth?—oracle of the LORD.  (Jeremiah 23: 23,24)

Humans wear dark colored glasses with blinders while.
peering at the world as if we were the center of the universe.

Who am are we to complain loudly at the perceived injustices of God,
the Holy Immortal One?

Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor? (Romans 11:34)

Who are we to demand answers to all of life’s mysteries and problems?
Job learned that lesson from God.
So, I choose to lay down entitlement and pride,
then allow Christ to save me from myself.

God shows forth his almighty power by converting us from our sins and restoring us to his friendship by grace. (Catechism of the Catholic Church 277)

My little prison of ego dissolves when
He plugs me into Himself, His Mystical Body
and into the community of saints, both living and dead.

God, you show your almighty power above all in your mercy and forgiveness. . . (Roman Missal, 26th Sunday in Ordinary Time, Opening Prayer)
