About Mary Catherine Kennedy

Mary Catherine Kennedy is a second year PhD student in the Scripps College of Communication School of Media Arts and Studies at Ohio University. Her area of interest is religion and its promotion through the media, specifically pertaining to how the Catholic Church is represented in the media and uses new media technologies to promote the Gospel message. In her spare time, Mary Catherine leads Catholic Student Outreach, a student organization on OU’s Athens campus, and maintains the blog, Isidore’s Digital Doorway.
