This Year, Dream Big

1

Just like a sunrise, today is a new beginning, a new dawning across the horizon. Your life can be whatever you desire it to be.

Dream big, work hard, study, commit yourself to a goal and achieve it. It can be done. What cannot be achieved is any dream you refuse to let yourself dream.

Make this year, 2014, the best year of your life, the best year for your family, your friends, and your faith. Don’t make a resolution you can break; think in depth, pray about it and listen to what God writes upon your heart. Then pursue the biggest dream of your life this year.

  1. I like this. 🙂 And, somehow, my New Year’s resolutions always fail, but I’m more compelled to keep Lenten resolutions. Isn’t that funny?

Does anyone remember the blog post floating around a few years ago about the mom who took the time to ask her kids what their “if I could do anything I want” goals would be? She had an acronym or something for it. Anyway, what her kids shared really surprised her, and she adjusted her expectations and made an effort to help her kids achieve them. This article reminds me of that one. Anyone?
