Today’s Reflection:

Let us focus on our journey thus far and consider how far we have come in such a short time. Time is of no recourse to the divine. We, however are acutely aware of time slipping away and often use that to excuse our short comings. Let’s refocus our acute awareness of time to join our passions with Jesus through Mary. Our passions in this life give us such joy that cannot be contained.  Mary knows this.  She wants to help you develop your passions so that you are overflowing with joy. A renewal of our baptismal promises in this state of joy invites Mary to nurture our being just as she nurtured Jesus. We want Christ within us and Mary desires this for us as well.

To Ponder:

“It is no longer I that live but Christ.” (Gal2:20)

Let Us Pray:

Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God
That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

  1. Gina – I absolutely LOVE the ponder point for today. It is one of my favorite Scripture Verses. One I go to often in prayer — wondering HOW DO I no longer live for me… but for Christ alone. To allow my actions to so closely mimic his that people no longer see me, but only Christ in me. Hmmm, that shall me what I take with me not only today but hopefully everyday when contemplating my live in Christ!!

  2. Thank you ladies. This consecration has been such a blessing and especially in this first week of Advent. I am drawn to really focus on Mary’s role in the christmas story as well as in my own life.
