    Thanks, Danielle. This is such an important topic.
    Sometimes, all I can pray is “Jesus! Help!” And I keep repeating that.
    God’s strength is always sufficient, but it sure doesn’t feel like it when panic strikes.
    You are right: Keep praying! That is the answer.
    Reminding ourselves that Jesus said, more than anything else, “do not be afraid.” And fear is worry, isn’t it?
