There’s nothing like a do-ahead casserole to make a mom’s life a little easier on the Friday before Christmas. In keeping with the proper holiday red-and-green color scheme, let’s serve up some lasagna today!
I’m here to tell you that there’s no shame in grabbing a pan of frozen lasagna at the grocery store. Stouffer’s makes a terrific vegetable lasagna (but I’m the only one in the house who will eat it).
